• Redesigned image storage and delivery across SQL Server, Azure Blob Storage, a compression service, migration tooling, and every consuming application; live-shaped test data reduced one farm payload by up to 90%.
• Added bounded connectivity health checks that reduced recorded application freezes by 20% when connections were available but not viable.
• Built a voice-control proof of concept across the .NET MAUI and Vue applications using intent classification, constrained tool dispatch, and follow-up questions.
• Contributed to the Xamarin to .NET MAUI migration and continues performance analysis across mobile, desktop, API, and SQL Server layers.

Builds independent products driven by personal needs and technical curiosity, including shipped SaaS and conversational AI applications.

• Built and shipped Omnimoda solo, real-time chat to SMS servidce, from architecture and Xero OAuth, Stripe, production infrastructure, TLS, WAF configuration, and deployment.
• Built Reminisce Road as a conversational AI project with multi-turn memory, accessibility, voice, speech-to-text integration, and approximately 435 automated tests.
• Builds recent products with SvelteKit or Vue on Cloudflare and self-managed infrastructure.

Progressed through two full-stack roles, building applications supporting high-volume online sales and business-wide operational workflows.

• Rebuilt a legacy server-side PHP sales-processing application with a Vue front end and PHP backend, later participating in the move to Java Spring Boot.
• Built an SMS-based approval solution to help prevent fraud across the business.
• Worked on applications serving more than 1,000 daily active users, peaking around 4,000, and supporting over $200M in online sales.
• Was principal designer for a configurable workflow platform that represented fields, access, notifications, file handling, triggers, job states, and exports as reusable capabilities.
• Trained developers in Vue.js and client-side application design as the team moved away from legacy server-rendered PHP.

Progressed through reporting, architecture, and analysis roles, designing end-to-end data and reporting solutions for digital sales and executive decision-making.

• Built executive and boardroom reporting dashboards in Domo as part of a digital transformation programme.
• Built automated data pipelines feeding OKR and executive dashboards from Salesforce, Google Analytics, and enterprise warehouse sources.
• Delivered single-view customer reporting, sales attribution models, campaign and digital sales channel analytics, and performance reporting.
• Analysed digital traffic and sales, connecting business process, data lineage, and commercial measures.
